Who we are
This website is run by Dakshify. We decide how the personal details collected here are used, which makes us responsible for them. For anything in this notice, email info@dakshify.ai.
What we collect, and when
We only collect personal details when you send them to us through the form on this site, which you use to book a walkthrough, get the brochure or open the free preview. The form asks for:
- what you would like: a walkthrough, the brochure or the free preview
- who you are enquiring as, and your main area of interest
- your full name, work email, occupation and organisation
- anything else you choose to tell us in the optional message box
Please don't include sensitive personal information in the message box. We don't need it to respond.
Answers you give to the questions in the free preview stay in your browser. They are never sent to us.
Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange a walkthrough if you ask for one
- to send you the brochure, or give you access to the free preview
- to follow up about your enquiry, for example to scope a cohort
- to understand which organisations and areas of interest our enquiries come from, so we can improve what we offer
You give us these details voluntarily so that we can respond to your request. Under UK data protection law, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and following them up. You can object at any time, and we will stop.
We will not add you to a marketing mailing list or send you newsletters unless you separately ask us to. We never sell your details.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. They handle your details only on our instructions.
| Provider | What they do | What they receive |
|---|---|---|
| Netlify | Hosts the website and receives form submissions | Everything you submit through the form, and standard technical information such as your IP address when you visit |
| Google Fonts | Supplies the typefaces the site uses | Your IP address and browser information when a page loads |
| YouTube | Plays course videos, where videos are shown | Nothing until you press play. After that, YouTube handles the viewing under its own terms. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode |
| Our email provider | Delivers enquiry notifications to our inbox, and our replies to you | The details you submitted and any correspondence |
Where it is processed
Our team works in the United Kingdom and India, and some of our providers, including Netlify and Google, process data in the United States. Where your details are transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards our providers put in place under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need to deliver the programme and meet our legal and accounting obligations for as long as those require.
What we store in your browser
We don't use cookies. When you submit the form, the site saves a single yes-or-no marker in your browser's storage, so it can open the free preview and the brochure straight away next time instead of asking you again. It contains no personal details. You can remove it by clearing your browser's site data for dakshify.ai.
Your rights
You can ask us, at any time and free of charge, to:
- tell you what details we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your details
- stop using them for any of the purposes above
Email info@dakshify.ai and we'll respond within one month. If you're not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or, in India, the Data Protection Board of India.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
